Transport
Job Duties:
● Assign and Dispatch trucks.
● Enter load information.
● Make check calls with our drivers for freight we have on the road and communicating with customer daily by phone and email for updates.
● Verify loads are picked up or delivered during the assigned time frame.
● Work with account managers and carrier sales on assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
● At least one year interstate reefer transportation dispatch experience.
● Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be detail oriented.
● Effective verbal and written communication skills.
● Self-motivated and customer service orientation.
● General computer skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
